中國物流資產(01589.HK)被穆迪降債務證券信貸評級 但重申業務營運維持強勁
中國物流資產(01589.HK)公布,穆迪將公司的企業家族及高級無抵押債務評級從「B3」下調至「Caa1」,體現其對當前疲弱的經濟及資本市場狀況將為公司債務再融資增加不確定性的擔憂。
公司指,業務營運維持強勁,集團穩定的業務及財務表現即可為證。冠狀病毒疫情在任何重大方面均未影響集團的營運。
另外,董事預計集團的收益將於今年進一步增長。除從運營中產生的健康現金流外,集團還透過持續發展輕資產業務模式,積極管理流動資金情況,這使集團能夠透過出售資產獲得現金流入,並同時管理相關項目。
