浦江中國(01417.HK):擬斥426.7萬元收購南京松竹物管49%股權
格隆匯3月31日丨浦江中國(01417.HK)宣佈,於2020年3月31日,公司間接全資附屬上海浦江物業作為買方擬以人民幣426.7萬元向賣方南京公用物業管理收購目標公司南京松竹物業管理49%股權。於完成後,目標公司將成為集團的聯營公司,並將由買方及現有股東分別擁有49%及51%。
目標公司為一間於2012年7月5日在中國註冊成立的有限公司。目標公司主要在南京從事提供物業管理服務、園林綠化、市政建設及設計、維護、物業維修、機械設備租賃、停車場管理服務、物業租賃、保潔及裝卸服務。
目標公司的主要業務集中於中國江蘇省省會南京市,集團打算通過此次收購事項進一步紮實集團在江蘇省的佈局,並在此基礎上形成集團在南京市物業管理市場的市場輻射能力。
