上海電氣(02727.HK)2019年度淨利潤達37.2億元 同比上升24.81%
格隆匯3月31日丨上海電氣(02727.HK)發佈全年業績，2019年度，總收入為人民幣1,275.09億元，同比上升26.05%；實現歸屬於公司所有者利潤達人民幣37.20億元，同比上升24.81%；每股基本收益為人民幣25分；2019年新增訂單人民幣1707.9億元，同比上升30.6%；分紅(如有)安排將於4月15日董事會會議中商議，商議結果亦將於董事會會議後公佈。
2019年，上海電氣繼續圍繞“三步走”發展戰略，發揮服務國家戰略主力軍的作用，調整和優化產業結構，加快新舊動能轉換，持續推進體制機制改革創新，實現了年初制定的經營目標，邁入了平穩健康的發展軌道。在國家大力推動5G網絡、工業互聯網的重要發展機遇期，我們立足裝備製造業的優勢和特點，對傳統產業進行數字化、智能化、國際化、服務化“四化重塑”，積極探索數字經濟新業態，推動向工業智能化發展的進一步轉型。
報告期內，集團實現營業收入人民幣1,275.09億元，較上年上升26.0%，得益於報告期內集團各項戰略目標的有效實施，各業務板塊營業收入同比均有穩步上升。報告期內集團毛利率達到17.2%，同比減少1個百份點，主要是燃煤發電設備市場競爭激烈，訂單價格下降引起燃煤發電設備毛利率有所下降，以及電梯業務採用進一步提升市場份額的價格策略引起。報告期內集團歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤為人民幣37.20億元，同比上升24.8%。2019年度每股盈利為人民幣25分，同比增長25%。加權平均淨資產收益率為6.14%，較上年略有上升。
報告期內，上海電氣核心產業技術實力持續提升，自主科技研發項目多次獲得省部級獎項，其中燃煤發電設備的《620℃等級高效超超臨界1000MW汽輪機組研製及應用》獲得2019年度中國機械工業科學技術進步一等獎；核電核島設備的《AP1000控制棒驅動機構研製》、《基於動態載荷精確控制技術的輕量化大型風電機組開發及產業化》、《世界首創300Mvar智能調相機島開發與研製》、《基於燃煤煙氣多種污染物高效脱除的電站環保島關鍵技術與成套裝備》、《強幹擾環境下機械系統非平穩聲源辨識技術及應用》、《海上風電電器設備腐蝕防護技術研究及應用》六個研發項目分別獲得2019年度中國機械工業科學技術進步二等獎；《全燒新疆高鹼煤的660MW超臨界塔式鍋爐》等四個研發項目獲得2019年度中國機械工業科學技術進步三等獎。
