大众公用(01635.HK)拟使用不超35亿元进行理财
格隆汇3月31日丨大众公用(01635.HK)公布,公司于2020年3月30日召开第十届董事会第二十一次会议,审议通过了《关于公司及其子公司使用闲置自有资金进行委托理财的议案》,同意公司及子公司使用额度在单日余额最高不超过人民币(含外币折算)35亿元的闲置自有资金购买低风险、流动性强的理财产品,授权使用期限自公司2019年年度股东大会决议通过之日起至2020年年度股东大会召开之日止。
