大眾公用(01635.HK)公佈年度業績 參股創投平台達4家 淨利潤升10.03%及10派0.6元
格隆匯3月31日丨大眾公用(01635.HK)公佈2019年年度業績，公司實現營業收入54.6億元，同比增長10.48%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.26億元，同比增長10.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.15億元，同比增長6.50%；基本每股收益0.178318元，擬10派0.60元(含税)。
公司目前是上海浦西南部、江蘇省南通市區唯一的管道燃氣供應商，分別在當地擁有並維護超過6,700公里、2,200公里的地下管道。同時，公司參股太倉蘇創燃氣股份有限公司（股票代碼1430.HK）和江陰天力燃氣有限公司，加大了在燃氣產業的投資比重,對燃氣業務整體盈利提升帶來積極影響。
目前公司在上海、江蘇徐州、連雲港共運營多家大型污水處理廠，總處理能力為42萬噸/日，污水處理均採用國內成熟污水處理工藝，能夠滿足現行尾水達標排放的要求。
此外，大眾交通擁有出租車、租賃車、旅遊車等各類車輛逾萬輛，其中出租車數量占上海市出租車總量的17%左右。公司下屬子公司上海大眾運行物流股份有限公司開展物流運輸業務。大眾運行自有各類運營車輛900多輛，以96811調度平台作為主體業務核心來源。目前，大眾運行主要業務包括貨運出租、搬場、液化氣配送、大眾運行供應鏈等。
公司的創投業務主要通過參股創投企業和直接投資來實現。公司參股的創投平台主要有4家，分別為深圳市創新投資集團有限公司、上海華璨股權投資基金合夥企業（有限合夥）、上海興燁創業投資有限公司以及大成匯彩（深圳）實業合夥企業（有限合夥）。主要業績驅動因素：通過加強與投資平台的深度合作，提高項目篩選能力，並且將公司內部戰略資源向被投資企業延伸，以及不斷完善投資管理和風險控制管理，積極幫助被投企業儘快登陸合適的資本市場，來進一步提升投資業績。%
