格隆匯3月31日丨國華(00370.HK)發佈年度業績,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現收益3.62億港元,同比增長66.2%;年內虧損1.06億港元,同比擴大40.43%;基本每股虧損2.09港仙;不派末期股息。
報告期內,虧損增加主要由於(其中包括)根據獨立估值結果,投資公平值變動未變現虧損增加約520萬港元;資產減值虧損增加約500萬港元,主要由於一名借款人拖欠付款;員工成本增加約1600萬港元,以切合業務活動的擴張所致。
