格隆匯3月31日丨綠新親水膠體(01084.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，實現收益9.93億港元，同比微跌0.4%；毛利2.52億港元，同比下降5.71%；公司擁有人應占純利9330.9萬港元，同比下降0.31%；每股基本盈利0.146港元，擬派發末期現金股息每股5港仙。
集團為一家於中國及全球市場均領先的海藻及植物性親水膠體生產商。公司的產品，主要包括瓊脂、卡拉膠及魔芋，為不同的終端產品提供增稠、保水及穩定等功能，並藴含豐富可溶性膳食纖維，因此構成了眾多健康食品的主要質體。
此外，公司可以通過復配不同膠體藉以延伸產品功能，例如魔芋復配產品可為植本人造肉(Plant-Based Artificial Meat)提供更接近真正肉類的口感。
利潤基本持平，這是由於是年內一種主要海藻原材料-耳突麒麟菜的價格持續上升，而卡拉膠產品售價升幅未能及時同步跟隨而導致毛利率的下降，抵消了同年管理費用下降的效果所致。
受到國內冠狀病毒病(“COVID-19”)疫情以及相關管控措施的影響，集團福建漳州的生產廠房比原定春節假期後復工日期延遲了一週，於2020年2月10日恢復生產；而湖北十堰的生產廠房則延遲至2020年3月16日恢復生產，因此對集團的生產及經營造成影響。但由於集團於2020年1月末的原材料及成品存貨充足，得以應對近期的銷售及生產需求。此外，由於福建漳州新增的年設計產能1500噸的魔芋產品生產線將於2020年中開始生產，公司相信可以彌補湖北十堰生產線於2020年第一季度魔芋產品的產能損失。另一方面，由於集團的生產線覆蓋全過程生產，不需依賴第三方企業提供關鍵零部件，因此公司認為，在省際交通逐步回覆正常的情況下，公司可逐步提升產能利用率。公司將繼續密切關注有關情況，並評估其對公司財務狀況及經營業績的影響。
