中國通商集團(01719.HK)年度淨利同比減57.3%至3043萬港元
格隆匯3月31日丨中國通商集團(01719.HK)公佈,2019年全年,實現收入3.52億港元,同比增長34.10%;公司擁有人應占溢利減少57.3%至3043萬港元。公司擁有人應占每股(基及攤薄)盈利為1.76港仙(2018年:4.13港仙)。
溢利減少主要由於以下各項抵銷影響所致:(i)投資物業公平值變動減少15,750,000港元;(ii)未計利息、税項、折舊和攤銷盈利減少4312萬港元;(iii)銀行及其他借款融資成減少233萬港元;及(iv)所得税開支減少1015萬港元,原因為年內應課税溢利減少。
