格隆匯3月31日丨民生銀行(01988.HK)公佈2019年度業績，2019年全年，公司實現營業收入人民幣1,777.45億元(單位下同)，同比增長15.30%，；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤538.19億元，同比增長6.94%；基本每股收益1.22元，平均總資產收益率0.87%。
報告期內，集團實現利息淨收入979.43億元，同比增加212.63億元，增幅27.73%，還原以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產持有期間形成的收益153.49億元後，同口徑增幅15.67%。集團淨息差為2.11%，同比上升0.24個百分點。
報告期內，集團實現非利息淨收入798.02億元，同比增加23.21億元，增幅3.00%，剔除以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益金融資產持有期間形成的153.49億元收益後，同口徑增14.65%。
截至報告期末，集團總資產規模66,818.41億元，比上年末增加6,870.19億元，增幅11.46%。發放貸款和墊款總額34,876.01億元，比上年末增加4,308.55億元，增幅14.10%；其中，零售貸款總額14,129.24億元，比上年末增加1,823.79億元，增幅14.82%。總負債規模61,510.12億元，比上年末增加5,871.91億元，增幅10.55%。吸收存款總額36,040.88億元，比上年末增加4,367.96億元，增幅13.79%；其中，儲蓄存款總額7,183.63億元，比上年末增加1,430.74億元，增幅24.87%，儲蓄存款佔比19.93%，比上年末提高1.77個百分點。
此外，截至2019年12月31日，按照貸款質量五級分類，集團不良貸款率為1.56%，撥備覆蓋率為155.50%。截至2019年12月31日，核心一級資本充足率8.89%，一級資本充足率10.28%，資本充足率13.17%。
