嘉士利集團(01285.HK)全年EBITDA增長28.6%至2.23億元 年內銷量實現強勁增長
格隆匯3月31日丨嘉士利集團(01285.HK)發佈全年業績,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現收益人民幣15.93億元,同比增長9.9%;年內溢利人民幣1.09億元,同比增長26.0%;EBITDA2.23億元,同比增長28.6%;基本每股盈利人民幣26.41分;擬派末期股息每股0.05港元。
嘉士利為中國最大的優質餅乾生產商之一,擁有逾60年的悠久歷史,集團以10多種品牌在中國約31個省和直轄市營銷、銷售及分銷集團的產品,向中國市場推出逾550個存貨單位。2019年經營環境的競爭預期將維持激烈。儘管如此,集團已做好準備,透過維持和提高品質以及加大促銷規劃力度來面對競爭。
公告表示,2019年對嘉士利而言是機遇和挑戰並存的一年,集團錄得銷售收益約同比增長約9.9%。集團的收益增長主要來自以下三大品類:夾心餅乾、粗糧餅乾及其他。夾心餅乾及粗糧餅乾系列及其他為主要銷售品類,佔集團收益的50.2%。合併銷售噸數同比增長6.0%至11.03萬噸,主要是由於精選分部市場增長強勁。由於原材料和包裝材料成本均有所下降,毛利率較2018年增長約1.9個百分點至33.8%。
集團繼續關注營運效率,以期維持或提高利潤率,因有效實施開支節約計劃,集團的銷售、分銷及行政開支得以有效控制,該項開支於2019年增加至約人民幣2.949億元,較2018年增長0.6%。集團經營溢利(未計利息及税項前的溢利)增加31.5%至約人民幣1.674億元。公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣1.096億元,較2018年增加26.7%,主要由於年內銷量實現強勁增長及於2018年戰略性收購思朗所致。得益於毛利率增長,應收貸款減值撥備撥回以及其他收入增加,未計利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前的溢利同比增長28.6%至約人民幣2.23億元。
