格隆匯3月30日丨中國鐵建(01186.HK)公告，2019年，集團實現營業收入8304.522億元，同比增長13.74%；實現利潤總額280.267億元，同比增長11.64%，實現淨利潤226.237億元，同比增長14.04%；經營性現金淨流量400.058億元，比去年提高345.580億元。
管理費用同比增長5.31%，低於營業收入增幅8.43個百分點；銷售費用同比增長22.60%，低於新籤合同額增幅4.06個百分點；每股收益1.40元；資產總額達到10,812.392億元，同比增加1,635.686億元；資產負債率75.77%，同比下降1.64個百分點。
2019年，集團新籤合同額20,068.544億元，完成年度計劃的120.89%，同比增長26.66%。其中，國內業務新籤合同額17,376.115億元，佔新籤合同總額的86.58%，同比增長19.48%；海外業務新籤合同額2,692.429億元，佔新籤合同總額的13.42%，同比增長106.76%。
截至2019年末，集團未完合同額32,736.371億元，同比增長20.86%。其中，國內業務未完合同額25,799.853億元，佔未完合同總額的78.81%；海外業務未完合同額6,936.518億元，佔未完合同總額的21.19%。
報告期內，工程承包板塊新籤合同額17,306.532億元，佔新籤合同總額的86.24%，同比增長27.97%。
其中，鐵路工程新籤合同額2613.218億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的15.10%，同比增長23.24%；公路工程新籤合同額3,248.194億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的18.77%，同比增長11.43%；城市軌道工程新籤合同額1,787.048億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的10.33%，同比增長71.43%；房建工程新籤合同額5,423.207億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的31.34%，同比增長48.50%；市政工程新籤合同額3,085.706億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的17.83%，同比增長14.61%；水利電力工程新籤合同額280.773億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的1.62%，同比減少42.57%；機場碼頭及航道工程新籤合同額376.419億元，佔工程承包板塊新籤合同額的2.18%，同比增長242.82%。
