首長國際(00697.HK)全年淨利同比升25.5% 停車收入大增185% 派末期息5億港元
格隆匯3月30日丨首長國際(00697.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，集團實現來自持續經營業務收入3.96億港元，同比增長124.4%；毛利2.02億港元，同比增長87.1%；公司擁有人應占溢利4.43億港元，同比增長25.5%；基本及稀釋每股盈利8.33港仙，擬派末期股息每股7.22港仙，合共5億港元。
停車資產經營管理業務：集團在北京、北京外的京津冀地區、長三角區域以及大灣區累計簽約項目數十個，極大地拓展了項目佈局，提升了資產規模，已累計獲得車位數超過七萬個。在除北京外的京津冀地區，集團繼續加強政府合作，先後獲得數個停車場運營權以及停車場新建和管理項目。
在長三角區域，上海虹橋機場停車樓、上海浦東機場長時停車樓，以及南京秦淮區公共停車場特許經營權項目的拓展，聯動了長三角的主要經濟城市。在大灣區，集團與大型房地產公司萬科物業發展股份有限公司聯動，先後在廣州和佛山拓展了相當數量的住宅類和商業類停車資產。全年來看，該板塊錄得營業額約1.77億港元，同比增長185%。
通過對已有停車資產的研究，集團持有的停車資產已逐步劃分為市政配套類停車產品業態、商業類停車產品業態、路側停車產品業態等三大產品線。
以城市更新為方向的基金管理業務：2019年度，以城市更新為方向的基金管理業務呈現爆發式增長，新增基金管理規模為人民幣148.75億元。基金管理規模的大幅提升，帶來了可觀的管理費收入，2019年全年，該營業板塊獲得營業額1.81億港元，實現淨利潤1.95億港元。
於2019年12月31日，集團共管理或負責投資運作的基金25只，累計管理規模約達人民幣429.04億元(不含已清算退出基金)。現所管理基金的投資人包括全國社會保障基金理事會、新加坡金鷹集團、中國農業銀行、招商銀行、中國人壽等大型金融基金和北京市、成都市、河北省、吉林省、四川省、黑龍江省等多個省市政府的基金投資機構。
隨着團隊對於所管理基金的底層資產的精心打磨，更多的投資人願意投資認購集團所管理的基金，特別是在2019年上半年，集團成功引入社保基金會作為單一出資金額最大的有限合夥人，設立規模60億人民幣的基金，系社保基金會在城市更新領域首筆投資。
