格隆匯3月30日丨開源控股(01215.HK)公告,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司來自持續經營業務收益2.45億港元,同比減18.63%;公司擁有人應占年內虧損3061.5萬港元,同期則溢利為3.39億港元,盈轉虧;公司普通權益持有人應占每股虧損0.24港仙;無派息。
年內轉盈為虧主要由於法國巴黎爆發的黃背心行動一直持續,令Paris Marriott Hotel表現持續受壓所致。此外,巴黎於2019年12月爆發全市罷工,亦導致旅客停止前赴巴黎旅遊。
