亞洲果業(00073.HK):上市覆核委員會決定推翻上市委員會取消公司上市的決定
格隆匯3月30日丨亞洲果業(00073.HK)公佈,在2020年3月27日,公司接獲上市覆核委員會在2020年3月2日舉行的覆核聆訊的決定。上市覆核委員會的決定述明上市覆核委員會決定推翻上市委員會取消公司上市的決定,並且上市覆核委員會認為應讓公司有更多時間直至2020年9月30日向上市科證明並令其信納公司已符合上市規則第13.24條的規定(於2019年10月1日起生效)。上市覆核委員會的決定亦述明(其中包括)公司證券須仍暫停買賣,除非及直至公司於2020年9月30日或之前向上市科及/或上市委員會證明並令其信納公司已符合上市規則第13.24條及其他相關條文之規定。
此外,公司股份繼續停牌。
