韶鋼松山(000717.SZ)擬斥4000萬元與寶武集團等共設原料採購服務公司

格隆匯3月30日丨韶鋼松山(000717.SZ)公佈，公司擬以自有資金人民幣4000萬元出資，與中國寶武鋼鐵集團有限公司(“寶武集團”)、寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司(“寶鋼股份”)、馬鋼(集團)控股有限公司(“馬鋼集團”)、武漢鋼鐵集團鄂城鋼鐵有限責任公司(“鄂城鋼鐵”)、重慶鋼鐵股份有限公司(“重慶鋼鐵”)共同成立合資公司寶武原料採購服務有限公司(暫定名，以工商註冊為準，“原料採購服務公司”或“合資公司”)，公司持股8%，寶武集團、寶鋼股份、馬鋼集團、鄂城鋼鐵、重慶鋼鐵持股分別為10%、49%、17%、8%、8%、8%。
寶武原料採購服務有限公司經營範圍：從事以大宗原燃料為主的貨物及技術的進出口業務，國內貿易(除專項規定)，相關金融衍生品交易，貨運代理，船舶代理，煤炭買賣，煤炭批發零售，實業投資，第三方物流服務(不得從事運輸)，遠洋、沿海和沿江的租船業務，電子商務(不得從事增值電信、金融業務)【依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動】。
寶武集團擬面向各鋼鐵子公司，共同組建寶武原料採購服務有限公司，通過構建統一運作的原料資源共享平台，可以解決分散採購導致的資源平衡、談判簽約、金融服務、風險管理、物流配送、智慧供應鏈等六大痛點，實現保供、降本、增效及提升定價話語權等目的。
韶鋼松山出資參與組建寶武原料採購服務有限公司，可以提升公司的資源保障能力，提高公司進口礦等大宗料採購成本競爭力，符合公司的發展規劃要求。
