怡亞通(002183.SZ)與鴻匯實業簽訂供應鏈服務協議
格隆匯3月30日丨怡亞通(002183.SZ)公佈，近日，公司(“甲方”)與內蒙古鴻匯實業有限公司(“鴻匯實業”或“乙方”)簽訂了《供應鏈服務協議》(“合作協議”)。合作協議的主要內容如下：
合作方式：甲方委託已方採購指定貨物，再由乙方將採購的貨物銷售與甲方。
合作額度：合作總額度為人民幣2億元，在本合作協議的有效期內該額度滾動循環計算。
合作期限：本代理採購執行有效期為一年，該協議到期前，如甲乙雙方未重新簽訂或修改協議，則該協議自動順延一年。
公司與鴻匯實業將圍繞內蒙古農牧產業，在品牌資源、供應系統、分銷渠道、信息化等領域展開代理採購、物流倉儲、銷售、商務運營、財務結算、供應鏈金融服務等全方位多維度的戰略協作，實現強強聯合，資源共享、協同發展。未來一年，雙方供應鏈戰略合作額度將達2億元，公司將發揮全國供應鏈採購與分銷服務網絡以及信息化系統、風控體系全力支持鴻匯實業推進質量興農、綠色興農、品牌強農戰略，立足本地優質自然資源，串聯整合本地產業鏈，響應巴彥淖爾市創新供應鏈打造現代農牧業品牌的號召，搭建起上下游企業間、區域間合作的橋樑，不斷輸出創新服務與管理能力，做強做大“天賦河套”巴彥淖爾農畜產品區域公共品牌，助力巴彥淖爾市產業經濟轉型升級與創新發展，打造“天賦河套”金字招牌，促進地方經濟快速發展，加快當地供應鏈體系建設，推動當地特色產品進入全國流通領域。
通過此次簽署合作協議達成戰略合作伙伴關係，有利於雙方整合和發揮各自資源優勢，在供應鏈綜合服務領域開展深度合作，實現優勢互補、互利共贏。
此次合作協議的簽署暫不會對公司本年度財務狀況及經營業績構成重大影響。從長期來看，該合作協議的簽署會給公司帶來積極影響，是公司“組織變更、模式創新”的堅定執行，是公司“輕負債、高週轉”業務轉型的踐行落地，符合公司的發展戰略和全體股東利益。
