匯鴻集團(600981.SH)：擬在青海西寧市設匯鴻供應鏈公司
格隆匯3月30日丨匯鴻集團(600981.SH)公佈，為推進公司現代供應鏈領先企業建設，公司擬在青海省西寧市設立全資子公司青海匯鴻供應鏈有限公司(“匯鴻供應鏈公司”)，註冊資本為人民幣1億元人民幣。
公司以“建設現代供應鏈領先企業”為發展戰略，全面打造供應鏈運營、環保和以融促產的投資與金融業務等三大主業，積極構建食品生鮮、紡織服裝、綠色板材、環保再生、漿紙業務等供應鏈體系，不斷聚焦高質量發展，推進公司轉型升級。
新組建的匯鴻供應鏈公司將通過構建和優化產業協同平台，提升產業集成水平，帶動江蘇省、青海省等上下游企業形成完整高效的產業供應鏈，提高企業、產業和區域間的協同發展能力，在現代供應鏈領域培育新增長點、形成新動能，推動經濟高質量發展。
青海省自然資源豐富，特色產業發展優勢明顯，鹽湖化工、有色冶金、能源化工、特色輕工、建築材料等傳統產業和新能源、新材料、電子信息、生物醫藥、高端裝備等新興產業不斷壯大。現代農牧業系重點經濟支柱產業之一。
匯鴻供應鏈公司將依託公司在貿易方面的資源、渠道和平台優勢，通過與境內外供應商、生產商的全面對接，推進供應鏈需求、庫存和物流的有效配置和線上線下融合，並提供研發、設計、採購、生產、物流和分銷等服務，立足區域特色優勢，打造蘇青兩地“一站式”供應鏈綜合服務平台，推動產業供應鏈資源集聚和共享，構建綠色可追溯食品生鮮供應鏈體系，積極推動“青貨出青”。
公司子公司江蘇匯鴻國際集團會展股份有限公司是中國會展業百強企業之一，擁有豐富的展會組織、承辦經驗，提供國際展覽和會議領域全方位的專業服務，與青海省有多年良好的合作基礎。匯鴻供應鏈公司將依託匯鴻會展平台，推進青海企業融入全球市場，促進目標市場的多樣化，提高供應鏈協同和配置資源的能力。
此次對外投資設立全資子公司將加快推進公司供應鏈平台建設，藉助公司對外貿易資源，大力發展冷鏈物流、食品生鮮、農牧業、醫藥健康、會展服務以及金融投資等相關業務，為公司創造新的利潤增長點，符合公司的戰略規劃，有利於公司長遠發展。同時，青海是江蘇對口支援省份，此次公司對外投資將有利於協同青海省的資源稟賦優勢，與江蘇發展經驗有機融合，深化江蘇對口援青工作。
