建設銀行(00939.HK):疫情對業務影響可控
建設銀行(00939.HK)首席風險官靳彥民於電話會議上表示,肺炎疫情對零售銀行業務影響不是很明顯,房貸方面,受惠於前期積累釋放,仍然錄得平穩增長。中間業務的確受到中國消費疲弱所影響,該行已加強網上業務發展,若政府推出刺激經濟措施,相信其後將見有關方面恢復。
另外管理層亦表示,今年首兩個月信用卡方面資產質素穩定,惟逾期貸款有所增加。淨利息收益率方面,行長劉桂平表示,中國推行利率市場化後,銀行收益率仍然取決於客戶質量及構成。首席財務官許一鳴亦指,淨利息收益率下降是趨勢,除了貸款利率影響外,存款競爭壓力上升亦有影響,希望影響能控制於10點子之內。
劉桂平並透露,該行為防控疫情提供貸款逾900億元人民幣(下同),另外亦投放50億元於穩定疫情基金,向湖北捐款近3億元。
