沙鋼股份(002075.SZ):2019年度淨利潤降55.07%至5.29億元 擬10派1元
格隆匯3月30日丨沙鋼股份(002075.SZ)披露2019年年度報告,實現營業收入134.75億元,同比下降8.41%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.29億元,同比下降55.07%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.95億元,同比下降61.90%;基本每股收益0.24元,擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
2019年,面對產品銷售市場疲軟、鋼材利潤同比大幅走低、原材料成本高位震盪的嚴峻形勢,公司在採購上採取抓準市場決策、降成本、避潛虧、原材料低庫存保供策略,銷售上以積極的產銷平衡為基礎,進行準確的產品定價,加大新產品開拓力度,積極推動產品結構調整。
1、抓牢物資保供,保證安全用料。2019年公司抓好煤、焦、礦、部分合金、石輔料、耐材等物資長協穩定合作,積極拓展供應新渠道,新增了山東兗礦等長協新單位,充分保證了原輔材料資源的穩定供應。同時,積極抓好原料物流調運組織協調,重點克服了內河航道長時間嚴重斷航影響原料進貨的困難,全力以赴組織協調鐵礦石等原輔料應急保供工作。
2、把控採購節點,降低生產成本。全年多措並舉抓採購降本,共實現採購降本8900餘萬元,其中通過對煤、焦、礦、合金等大宗原材料波段採購實現降本4925萬元,如針對主流PB塊礦、紐曼塊礦價格居高情況,4月以後引進低價具有較好性價比的非主流塊礦來減少PB塊礦、紐曼塊礦用量,全年採購了14.5萬噸低價塊礦,價格同PB塊礦、紐曼塊礦比低60元/噸,節約塊礦成本870萬元;通過大力引進優質供應商,加大比價競爭,減少直批增加招標,壓降物資採購成本,全年共引進新供應商261家,直批改招標降本420萬元;通過與供應商反覆洽談議價,實現耐材降本1543萬元。
3、創新銷售模式,拓展銷售渠道。2019年公司銷售品種鋼318.5萬噸,直銷比73.59%,同比提高1.63%。公司為加大品種鋼銷售力度,一方面對直銷户、經銷商採取在原經銷協議、直銷框架協議基礎上增加了一份“經銷品種鋼協議”,每月增加與經銷單位簽訂2.1萬噸的品種鋼協議,與直供户每月簽訂5.27萬噸直供協議,較2018年協議簽訂户增加67家,增加每月協議量2.4萬噸,同比增長47.15%;另一方面通過在產品銷售區域設點備庫,做好產品銷售前移服務工作,全年在台州、温州、重慶等地區累計銷售16.41萬噸,同比增長16.6%。
同時,公司繼續提升產銷協同統籌能力,在產品認證的同時,開展“三張表”梳理活動,通過對現有569家客户信息進行完善,並梳理出110家潛在客户。經過多次走訪、攻關,全年累計開發新客户232家,較去年增加127家;在重慶、廣東、寧波及安徽等地區創新銷售模式,採取產品前移設庫、備庫銷售,提高服務質量。
4、狠抓產品認證,進軍高端用户。公司積極開展高端、重點客户市場產品認證,為公司產品進入高端、重點客户市場奠定基礎。2019年公司先後組織開展了21項重點產品認證工作,已取得了一定的成效。
