哈爾濱銀行(06138.HK)年度歸母淨利35.584億元 同比減少35.9%
格隆匯3月30日丨哈爾濱銀行(06138.HK)公告，截至2019年12月31日，營業收入151.24億元，同比升5.58%。集團資產總額為人民幣5830.894億元，較上年末減少人民幣324.991億元，降幅5.3%；客户貸款及墊款總額為人民幣2636.041億元，較上年末增加人民幣98.414億元，增幅3.9%；客户存款總額為人民幣4256.837億元，較上年末增加人民幣301.669億元，增幅7.6%。
2019年，集團實現淨利潤為人民幣36.351億元，同比減少人民幣19.393億元，降幅34.8%；實現歸屬於權益股東的淨利潤為人民幣35.584億元，同比減少人民幣19.902億元，降幅35.9%。截至2019年12月31日，集團平均總資產回報率為0.61%，較2018年的0.94%有所下降；平均權益回報率為7.41%，較2018年的12.68%有所下降。建議按照每1股人民幣0.10元(含税)向全體股東派發2019年度現金末期股息，共計約人民幣10.9956億元(含税)。
截至2019年12月31日，集團不良貸款餘額為人民幣52.515億元，不良貸款率為1.99%，逾期90天以上貸款餘額51.660億元，逾期90天以上貸款佔比1.96%，逾期90天以上貸款與不良貸款比率為98.37%；貸款減值損失準備率為3.04%，較上年末上升0.10個百分點，風險抵補能力有所增強。
2019年，公司控股的哈銀租賃、哈銀消金和32家村鎮銀行保持穩健發展勢頭。截至2019年12月31日，哈銀租賃資產總額達到人民幣248.500億元，較上年末增長6.32%，全年實現淨利潤達到人民幣2.760億元；哈銀消金資產總額人民幣73.880億元，全年實現淨利潤1.067億元；公司控股32家村鎮銀行資產總額達到人民幣222.51億元，全年實現淨利潤為人民幣-3.054億元。
