魯大師(03601.HK)全年純利增長45.6%至1.05億元 收入利潤實現雙增長
格隆匯3月30日丨魯大師(03601.HK)發佈全年業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入人民幣4.045億元，同比增長26.3%；毛利人民幣1.94億元，同比增長21.8%；公司權益持有人應占年內溢利人民幣1.05億元，同比增長45.6%；基本每股盈利人民幣48.65分；擬派發每股10港仙。
2019年度，公司總收入約為人民幣4.045億元，較2018年度增長約26.3%；其中在線廣告收入約為人民幣2.207億元，較2018年度增長約 26.4%；在線遊戲業務收入約為人民幣6280萬元，較2018年度增長約46.5%；電子設備銷售業務收入約為人民幣1.209億元，較2018年度增長約17.7%。公司歸屬於母公司的純利約為人民幣1.047億元，較2018年度增長約45.6%。
報告期內，集團持續深耕線上流量變現及電子設備銷售業務。在線廣告服務通過更新迭代產品及豐富產品矩陣，增加用户數量，增強用户黏性。在線遊戲業務持續發佈具有吸引力的新遊戲，通過持續市場推廣獲取玩家，擴大用户基數。電子設備銷售業務持續以魯大師智能硬件檢測技術為基礎，增強對電子設備的品控及服務，為客户帶來更優質的產品。
集團開發一系列個人計算機及移動設備工具軟件，並免費提供予用户以換取在線流量，從而通過在線廣告及在線遊戲業務變現及通過電子設備銷售實現進一步擴張。集團的工具軟件“魯大師”是國內外的知名品牌，是一款專門為個人計算機╱ 智能手機提供硬件和系統評測及監控的軟件。通過提供魯大師軟件的免費下載及安裝，集團累積了龐大的用户基礎。於2019年12月31日，集團產品的每月活躍用户約為1.526億人。
集團在2019年啟動了全新的魯大師軟件個人電腦版測試引擎研發工作，針對市面上不斷更新的智能硬件，集團改進了魯大師軟件個人電腦版的算法，持續更新集團的硬件和系統評測技術，對不同核心硬件有更豐富維度的檢測，以確保集團硬件和系統評測能力的專業性及準確性，並於2019年11月上線測試版本。集團在硬件和系統評測及監控軟件領域佔有領先地位，新版測試引擎將為用户帶來更加準確的測試結果以持續保持在行業中的地位。
集團不斷研發海外移動端工具類軟件，從Dual Space到Easy Clean再到APP Lock，集團不斷挖掘用户在移動端工具類產品的需求，通過豐富集團的產品矩陣來滿足用户，並保持用户黏性。集團海外移動端產品在海外應用市場工具類產品下載量取得全球前五的成績。
集團通過自身運營的遊戲平台，持續推出有趣的新遊戲。隨着進一步的精準推送及用户分類，同時擴大遊戲廣告投放，遊戲新增用户不斷增長。集團對廣告渠道進行優化，註冊轉化率、留存率、用户付費率均取得較大提升。集團自在線流量變現及電子設備銷售賺取收入。
