申能股份(600642.SH)擬向控股股東出售融資租賃公司20%股權
格隆匯3月30日丨申能股份(600642.SH)公佈,公司擬將所持有的上海申能融資租賃有限公司(以下簡稱“融資租賃公司”)20%股權,以協議轉讓的方式轉讓給公司控股股東申能(集團)有限公司(以下簡稱“申能集團”),交易金額為人民幣2.3億元。本次交易完成後,公司持股40%,申能集團持股60%。本次交易有利於盤活公司存量資產,優化公司資產結構,符合公司戰略發展的需要。本次股權轉讓後,融資租賃公司不再納入公司財務報表合併範圍。
