不計上市開支 LVJI TECH(01745.HK)年度經調整盈利達1.79億元 同比大增68.6%
格隆匯3月30日丨LVJI TECH(01745.HK)發佈年度業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，收益同比增長約79.6%至人民幣5.418億元；年內盈利同比增長約61.1%至人民幣1.608億元；不計上市開支，經調整年內盈利(按非公認會計原則計量)同比增加約68.6%至人民幣1.788億元。基礎及攤薄每股盈利人民幣0.15元。
報告期內，在線電子導覽數目同比增加約142.0%，由2018年度的8,056個增加至2019年度的19,493。集團在線電子導覽覆蓋的中國旅遊景區數目同比增長約106.4%，由2018年度的5,445個增長至2019年度的11,238個。
公司表示，2019年對公司而言是非凡一年，公司實現了穩步的增長及盈利。公司的股份於2020年1月17日在香港聯交所主板上市。憑藉成功上市，公司以在線旅遊行業的行業創新者、市場領導者及先驅者的姿態在資本市場建立起知名度。通過持續聚焦於用户覆蓋範圍、產品創新及用户體驗，公司於2019年度取得強勁業務增長並延續此勢頭，藉此公司相信公司成為中國在線旅遊行業增長最快的公司之一。
此外，得益於在各種增值旅遊產品及服務上的加快滲透及持續創新，公司開發的在線電子導覽及在線電子導覽所覆蓋旅遊景區數目保持高速增長。2019年度，公司的在線電子導覽同比增長142.0%，由2018年的8,056個增長至2019年的19,493個。同期，公司的在線電子導覽所覆蓋中國旅遊景區數目同比增長106.4%，由2018年的5,445個增長至2019年的11,238個，其中公司所覆蓋的中國A級至AAAAA級旅遊景區數目同比增長約50.6%。
2019年8月，公司獲國家科學技術部、國家財政部、國家教育部、中央網絡安全和信息化委員會辦公室及中華全國工商業聯合會授予第八屆中國創新創業大賽(廣東賽區)互聯網行業冠軍，以表彰公司的優質產品、服務創新及行業影響力。
