東嶽硅材(300821.SZ)2020年度財務預算：營收27.36億元 淨利潤4.5億元
格隆匯3月29日丨東嶽硅材(300821.SZ)披露2019年度財務決算及2020年度財務預算報告，公司2019年度財務報表已經天健會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)審計，並出具了“天健審〔2020〕7-2號”標準無保留意見的審計報告。現將2019年度財務決算報告情況彙報如下：
公司2019年度營業收入為27.33億元，同比下降19.63%；營業成本為19.76億元，同比下降7.47%；淨利潤為5.53億元，同比下降16.59%，扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於發行人股東的淨利潤為4.61億元，同比下降40.75%。
公司2019年經營業績同比下滑幅度較大，主要是2018年我國有機硅市場價格和公司經營業績均處於近十年以來最高水平，並自2018年四季度以來大幅回落所致。
2018年，受國家供給側改革和逐漸嚴厲的環保政策影響，我國有機硅市場供應偏緊，而市場需求大幅增長，市場供需緊張疊加原材料價格上漲推動有機硅產品價格大幅上升，國內DMC平均價格由2017年的2.34萬元/噸上升至2.97萬元/噸，處於近十餘年以來的最高水平。2019年，國內DMC平均價格下降至1.93萬元/噸，比上年同期下降較多，低於歷史平均水平，主要原因是：
第一，我國有機硅產品價格前期漲幅過高，自2018年9月進入週期性高位回調；第二，受中美貿易摩擦衝擊，國內有機硅短期需求增速放緩，出口量下滑，同時市場悲觀情緒進一步抑制下游採購積極性，加劇有機硅產品價格短期波動；第三，金屬硅、甲醇和一氯甲烷等主要原材料價格大幅回落帶動有機硅產品價格下降。
根據公司戰略發展目標，結合2020年度市場狀況和經濟環境，基於審慎原則，編制2020年度財務預算方案如下：
(1)根據公司經營目標及業務規劃，預計2020年實現營業收入為27.36億元，淨利潤4.5億元。
(2)2020年度期間費用依據2019年度實際支出情況及2019年度業務量的增減變化情況進行預算。
