新國都(300130.SZ)：新國都支付及新國都騰雲變更經營範圍 均涉醫療器械
格隆匯3月29日丨新國都(300130.SZ)公佈，根據戰略發展、服務客户的需要，經公司及公司一級全資子公司深圳市新國都支付技術有限公司(“新國都支付”)分別出具股東決定書，同意新國都支付及新國都支付的全資子公司深圳市新國都騰雲軟件有限公司(“新國都騰雲”)變更經營範圍。
近日，公司收到新國都支付及新國都騰雲關於工商備案完成並取得深圳市市場監督管理局出具的《變更(備案)通知書》的通知，此次變更不會對公司的正常經營產生影響。
其中，新國都支付，變更前經營範圍，一般經營項目是：經營進出口業務；POS終端、固定無線電話機、電子支付設備、計算機軟硬件、電子產品的技術開發、生產（生產項目由分支機構經營，執照另行辦理）、銷售、租賃及技術服務；移動支付設備的技術開發、技術服務；從事廣告業務；組織文化藝術交流活動（不含演出）；會議服務；企業策劃；市場調查；數據處理；銷售I類醫療器械、電子產品、通訊設備、計算機、軟件及輔助設備、工藝品（不含象牙及象牙製品）、機械設備、針紡織品、文具用品、金屬材料、化粧品、首飾、照相器材、日用品、玩具、服裝、鞋帽、集郵票品、黃金製品、收藏品（不含文物）；接受銀行或其他機構從事信息技術外包；接受銀行或其他機構委託從事業務流程外包；接受銀行或其他機構委託從事知識流程外包。（法律、行政法規、國務院決定禁止的項目除外，限制的項目須取得許可後方可經營）許可經營項目是：互聯網信息業務，第二類增值電信業務中的國內呼叫中心業務。人才派遣，人力資源開發與管理諮詢，人力資源外包，勞務派遣。

變更後經營範圍，一般經營項目是：軟件的技術開發、銷售、技術諮詢；計算機系統集成；醫療器械、醫用衞生材料、工業防護用品、勞動防護用品研發；工業防護用品、勞動防護用品的銷售。許可經營項目是：醫療器械、醫用衞生材料、工業防護用品、勞動防護用品生產；醫療器械、醫用衞生材料銷售。
