浙商銀行(02016.HK)2019年度淨利潤增長12.48%至129.25億元 擬10派2.4元
格隆匯3月29日丨浙商銀行(02016.HK)發佈2019年度業績，報告期內，集團實現營業收入464.47億元(人民幣，下同)，比上年增加74.25億元，增長19.03%，其中：利息淨收入338.74億元，比上年增加74.89億元，增長28.38%；非利息淨收入125.73億元，比上年減少0.64億元，下降0.51%。歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤129.25億元，比上年增加14.34億元，增長12.48%。董事會建議派發2019年度現金股息，每10股分配現金股息人民幣2.40元(含税)，以人民幣向A股股東支付，以港元向H股股東支付。
截至報告期末，不良貸款率1.37%，比上年末上升0.17個百分點。撥備覆蓋率220.80%，比上年末下降49.57個百分點；貸款撥備率3.03%，比上年末下降0.22個百分點。資本充足率水平提升截至報告期末，本集團資本充足率14.24%，比上年末增加0.86個百分點；一級資本充足率10.94%，比上年末增加1.11個百分點；核心一級資本充足率9.64%，比上年末增加1.26個百分點。
截至報告期末，集團資產總額18,007.86億元，比上年末增加1,540.91億元，增長9.36%。其中：客户貸款及墊款總額10,301.71億元，比上年末增加1,649.38億元，增長19.06%。負債總額16,727.58億元，比上年末增加1,285.12億元，增長8.32%。其中：客户存款11,437.41億元，比上年末增加1,689.70億元，增長17.33%。
根據披露，浙商銀行是十二家全國性股份制商業銀行之一，於2004年8月18日正式開業，總部設在浙江杭州。2016年3月30日，在香港聯交所上市，2019年11月26日，在上海證券交易所上市，系全國第13家“A+H”上市銀行。截至報告期末，浙商銀行在全國19個省(直轄市)及香港特別行政區設立了260家分支機構，實現了對長三角、環渤海、珠三角以及部分中西部地區的有效覆蓋。
