晶澳科技(002459.SZ)2019年度淨利潤升74.09%至12.52億元
格隆匯3月29日丨晶澳科技(002459.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入211.55億元，同比增長7.67%；歸屬於母公司的淨利潤12.52億元，同比增長74.09%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤12.83億元，同比增長86.21%；基本每股收益1.27元；實現扣非後的加權平均淨資產收益率20.49%；公司計劃不派發現金紅利，不送紅股，不以公積金轉增股本。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額36.91億元，同比增長57.73%。
公司立足於光伏產業鏈的垂直一體化模式，主營業務為硅片、太陽能電池及太陽能組件的研發、生產和銷售，以及太陽能光伏電站的開發、建設、運營等。其中，太陽能電池組件是公司的核心產品。
報告期內，面對國內光伏產業政策延遲出台和市場萎縮的不利環境，公司充分發揮自身的全球市場營銷服務網絡優勢和品牌優勢，進一步加大海外市場開拓力度，帶動公司出貨量再創歷史新高。根據PV InfoLink的統計，2019年公司組件出貨量蟬聯全球第二名。報告期內，公司組件出貨量10.26GW，同比增長27.26%。其中，海外組件出貨量7.55GW，同比增長55.35%，海外組件出貨佔比73.61%，較上一報告期提升13.31%。
公司始終視研發為生命，長期持續支持科技創新工作。報告期內，公司研發團隊以市場為導向，持續加大研發力度，研發優勢進一步強化。截至報告期末，公司自主研發已授權專利779項，其中發明專利107項。報告期內，公司以自身的研發優勢為依託，開發了多款受市場歡迎的新產品。根據市場需求，公司相繼開發了大尺寸、半片、雙面雙玻、多主柵、疊片、N型等多款新型組件，使公司產品轉換效率穩步提升。同時，公司率先大規模量產了大尺寸9主柵半片組件，很好地滿足了客户對高效產品的需求，有力地鞏固了公司的技術創新與產業化應用優勢。報告期內，公司量產電池平均轉換效率達22.7%。
截至報告期末，公司硅片產能已達11.5GW，電池產能已達11GW，組件產能已達11GW。
