阿爾特深交所上市：市值27億，預計第一季利潤下降超30%

阿爾特（證券代碼：300825）昨日在深交所，發行7641.50萬股，發行價格6.14元/股，新股募集資金4.69億元。
阿爾特此次募資主要投資於“造型中心升級擴建”、“整車工程開發中心升級擴建”和“前沿技術研發項目”。
阿爾特昨日開盤價為7.37元，收盤價為8.84元，以收盤價計算，阿爾特市值為27億元。
預計Q1利潤下降超30%
阿爾特主要從事為燃油汽車和新能源汽車的整車設計及其他汽車行業相關的技術服務。公司位於北京市。
阿爾特2019年公司實現營業收入8.85億元，淨利潤1.3億元。
2017年、2018年、2019年，公司前五名銷售客户銷售金額合計分別為3.17億元、4.46億元、6.5億元，佔比分別為58.72%、56.17%、73.56%。
其中，阿爾特2019年第一大客户為廣汽，佔營收比例為18.41%；第二大客户為東風，佔比為17.69%；第三大客户為一汽，佔比為15.53%。
阿爾特預計2020年1-3月營業收入區間為1.42億元至1.8億元，較上年同期變動幅度為-18.03%至5.30%；預計2020年1-3月營業利潤區間為2419至2943萬元，較上年同期變動幅度為-46.89%至-35.40%；
阿爾特預計2020年1-3月歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤區間為2279.06至2724.13萬元，較上年同期變動幅度為-44.01%至-33.08%；預計2020年1-3月扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤區間為2229.06至2674.13萬元，較上年同期變動幅度為-8.82%至9.39%。
宣奇武與劉劍夫婦均有日本永久居留權
IPO前，阿爾特的控股股東為阿爾特投資，實際控制人為宣奇武及其配偶劉劍。最近兩年內，公司控股股東和實際控制人未發生變化。
本公司實際控制人為宣奇武及其配偶劉劍，宣奇武與劉劍夫婦均擁有日本永久居留權。
宣奇武直接持有阿爾特2,179,000股股份，通過阿爾特投資間接持有阿爾特26,006,232股股份，通過作為珺文銀寶的有限合夥人間接持有阿爾特1,186,101股股份；劉劍直接持有阿爾特1,400,000股股份，通過阿爾特投資間接持有阿爾特8,974,398股股份。
宣奇武直接控制阿爾特0.95%股權，劉劍女士直接控制阿爾特0.61%股權，宣奇武及其配偶劉劍通過阿爾特投資間接控制阿爾特19.65%股權，宣奇武及其配偶劉劍直接或間接控制阿爾特共計21.21%股權。
同時，宣奇武現任公司董事長，劉劍現任公司董事、副總經理，宣奇武及其配偶劉劍為公司的實際控制人。
紅杉資本曾經為阿爾特的A輪投資，但在2017年退出了股東行列，其所持有的股份被公司回購。
IPO前，悦達投資持股為5.39%，悦達中小企業綠色發展創業投資基金持股為4.66%，兩者為一致行動人。珺文銀寶持股為9.68%。
