嘉年華國際(00996.HK)債務重組計劃因疫情延遲 周一復牌
嘉年華國際(00996.HK)公布,公司已發行2021年3月到期之1.8億美元10厘優先債券本金額1.62億美元,未支付利息金額2,275萬美元,包含本22日到期之應付利息。受近期2019冠狀病毒病(COVID-19)的影響,公司仍在評估其他債務狀況。
受過去幾年中國政府收緊房地產政策以及近期COVID-19的爆發,導致公司存在流動性緊張的狀況。公司一直主動接洽債權人以穩定目前狀況及努力達成經一致同意的重組。至今,機構債權人已充分了解公司的財務狀況,亦表示願意攜手進行有建設性的工作。部分債權人正在考慮提供新的資金支持。
然而,受到COVID-19的爆發,重組工作受到延遲。公司和各專業顧問將繼續努力推進重組進程,爭取早日就重組達成一致。
公司股份申請周一(30日)恢復買賣。
