嘉年华国际(00996.HK)债务重组计划因疫情延迟 周一复牌
嘉年华国际(00996.HK)公布,公司已发行2021年3月到期之1.8亿美元10厘优先债券本金额1.62亿美元,未支付利息金额2,275万美元,包含本22日到期之应付利息。受近期2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)的影响,公司仍在评估其他债务状况。
受过去几年中国政府收紧房地产政策以及近期COVID-19的爆发,导致公司存在流动性紧张的状况。公司一直主动接洽债权人以稳定目前状况及努力达成经一致同意的重组。至今,机构债权人已充分了解公司的财务状况,亦表示愿意携手进行有建设性的工作。部分债权人正在考虑提供新的资金支持。
然而,受到COVID-19的爆发,重组工作受到延迟。公司和各专业顾问将继续努力推进重组进程,争取早日就重组达成一致。
公司股份申请周一(30日)恢复买卖。
