福耀玻璃(600660.SH):擬向中國進出口銀行福建省分行申請30億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯3月27日丨福耀玻璃(600660.SH)公佈,公司第九屆董事局第十三次會議召開,審議通過《關於公司向中國進出口銀行福建省分行申請綜合授信額度的議案》。
為滿足公司生產經營對營運資金的需求,董事局同意公司向中國進出口銀行福建省分行申請人民幣30億元綜合授信額度,授信期限為兩年。同時,董事局同意授權董事長或董事長授權人士全權代表公司簽署一切與申請上述授信額度、借款等業務有關的授信合同、借款合同、憑證等各項法律性文件。
