融捷股份(002192.SZ)及下屬全資子公司分別與康定市人民政府簽署康定綠色鋰產業投資協議
格隆匯3月27日丨融捷股份(002192.SZ)公佈，近日，公司及下屬全資子公司分別與康定市人民政府簽署了《康定綠色鋰產業投資協議》及相關項目執行協議。
(一)公司(“乙方“)與康定市人民政府(“甲方“)簽署的《康定綠色鋰產業投資協議》
1、項目名稱：康定綠色鋰產業加工系列項目
2、項目建設內容及投資規模
乙方項目總投資14億元人民幣，建設項目包括：
項目一：甲基卡鋰輝礦105萬噸/年採礦擴能及礦山公路項目，投資3.2億元；
項目二：250萬噸/年鋰礦精選項目，投資7.2億元；
項目三：1600萬平米/年尾礦加工蒸壓輕質板材項目，投資2億元；
項目四：鋰工程技術研究院及觀光、相關附屬設施項目，投資1.6億元。
以上四個項目分別由乙方在康定市註冊成立的項目公司負責實施。
3、建設週期
乙方項目分二期建設，所有項目總建設週期不超過31個月。
(二)甘孜州融達鋰業有限公司(“乙方“)與康定市人民政府(“甲方“)簽署的《甲基卡鋰輝礦105萬噸/年採礦擴能(及礦山公路)項目執行協議書》
1、建設項目：甲基卡鋰輝礦105萬噸/年採礦擴能及礦山公路項目
2、建設進度：105萬噸/年採礦擴能部分分兩期建設完成，塔公村至甲基卡134號脈拐點全長約30公里的礦山公路部分在2020年10月底前竣工。
(三)康定市融捷鋰業有限公司(“乙方“)與康定市人民政府(“甲方“)簽署的《250萬噸/年鋰礦精選項目執行協議書》
1、建設項目：250萬噸/年鋰礦精選項目
2、建設進度：項目分二期建設，第一期建設105萬噸/年；第二期建設145萬噸/年。
(四)、康定市天捷建材有限公司(“乙方“)與康定市人民政府(“甲方“)簽署的《1600萬平方米/年尾礦加工蒸壓輕質板材項目執行協議書》
1、建設項目：1600萬平方米/年尾礦加工蒸壓輕質板材項目
2、建設進度：項目分二期建設，每期建設800萬平方米/年。
(五)康定市融達鋰礦技術研究院有限公司(“乙方“)與康定市人民政府(“甲方“)簽署的《鋰工程技術研究院及觀光、相關附屬設施項目執行協議書》
1、建設項目：鋰工程技術研究院及觀光、相關附屬設施項目
2、建設進度計劃：項目分二期建設，第一期建設研發大樓及加工區附屬項目；第二期建設商業配套項目。
此次《康定綠色鋰產業投資協議》及相關項目執行協議的簽署，為前期《康定綠色鋰產業加工區框架協議》的具體推進和落實，公司將根據協議約定，履行協議義務，推進康定綠色鋰產業項目落地及建設，推進公司鋰資源開發利用和鋰產業鏈發展，有利於公司的持續長遠發展。
截至目前，前述項目一之105萬噸/年採礦擴能已取得當地環保部門的環評批覆；項目二、三、四已完成用地競拍，尚未簽署土地轉讓合同；項目其他各項工作將根據協議要求逐步籌備和開展。預計對公司2020年度經營業績不產生重大影響。
