博騰股份(300363.SZ)：2020年度擬向銀行不超14.5億元申請授信額度
格隆匯3月27日丨博騰股份(300363.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年3月26日召開第四屆董事會第十三次會議，審議通過了《關於公司2020年度向銀行申請授信額度的議案》，根據公司2020年度生產經營目標及發展需要，董事會同意公司2020年向6家銀行申請綜合授信，申請授信具體情況如下：
1、向招商銀行股份有限公司重慶分行申請不超過人民幣1億元的綜合授信額度(主要用於流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、國內信用證、貿易融資等)，期限為12個月，該綜合授信額度採取信用方式，不需提供擔保。
2、向中國工商銀行股份有限公司重慶合川支行申請不超過人民幣3.5億元的綜合授信額度(主要用於流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、貿易融資、外匯衍生產品等)，期限為12個月，該綜合授信擔保方式採取信用和存單質押的擔保方式，其中2億元綜合授信額度採取信用的方式，1.5億採取存單質押的擔保方式。
3、向中信銀行股份有限公司重慶分行申請不超過人民幣4億元的綜合授信額度(主要用於流動資金貸款、貿易融資、銀行承兑匯票等)，期限不超過12個月，該綜合授信額度採取信用方式，不需提供擔保。
4、向中國民生銀行股份有限公司重慶分行申請不超過人民幣2億元的綜合授信額度(主要用於流動資金貸款、貿易融資、銀行承兑匯票等)，期限為12個月，該綜合授信額度採取信用方式，不需提供擔保。
5、向浙商銀行股份有限公司重慶分行申請不超過人民幣2億元的綜合授信額度，品種為流動性支持類(主要用於流動資金貸款、貿易融資、銀行承兑匯票、國內信用證等)，期限為12個月，該綜合授信額度採取信用方式。
6、向重慶三峽銀行股份有限公司北碚支行申請不超過人民幣2億元的綜合授信額度(主要用於流動資金貸款、貿易融資、銀行承兑匯票等)，期限為24個月，該綜合授信額度採取信用方式，不需提供擔保。
上述授信額度共計不超過人民幣14.5億元，最終以各家銀行實際審批的授信額度和品種為準，具體融資金額將視公司的實際經營情況需求決定。授信期限內，授信額度可循環使用。
