廣晟有色(600259.SH):預計2020年需申請合計不超31.25億元融資額度
格隆匯3月27日丨廣晟有色(600259.SH)公佈,公司第七屆董事會2020年第二次會議召開,審議通過了《關於預計公司2020年度融資額度的議案》。
根據公司目前的生產經營情況,預計2020年公司總部及所屬企業需向金融機構申請合計不超過人民幣31.25億元融資額度,該額度可在公司總部及所屬企業之間調劑使用。公司總部及所屬企業可根據實際情況自主選擇金融機構及調整各金融機構具體融資額度,辦理相關貸款手續。期限為自董事會審議通過之日起一年。
