格隆匯3月27日丨申萬宏源(000166.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現合併營業收入245.93億元，同比增長60.98%；利潤總額69.27億元，同比增長33.54%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤57.35億元，同比增長37.86%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤56.16億元，同比增長37.88%；基本每股收益0.24元，擬每10股派發現金股利0.8元(含税)；加權平均淨資產收益率7.41%，較上年同比增加1.22個百分點。
業績增長主要由於公司經紀、資管、投行、投資等各大主營業務經營業績增長，以及基差貿易業務規模增加所致。
報告期內，(1)手續費及佣金淨收入64.10億元，佔比26.06%，較上年同比增加9.37億元，增長17.12%。其中：受證券市場回暖、交投活躍度回升影響，經紀業務手續費淨收入較上年同比增加5.35億元，增長16.39%；在資本市場加快改革、提升直接融資佔比的政策背景下，公司股票承銷業務和債券承銷業務抓住機遇，投資銀行業務手續費淨收入較上年同比增加2.86億元，增長32.68%；公司資產管理業務圍繞專業化改革和主動管理能力提升轉型，資產管理及基金管理業務手續費淨收入較上年同比增加0.91億元，增長7.59%。
(2)投資收益與公允價值變動損失合計56.08億元，佔比22.80%，較上年同比增加17.47億元，增長45.25%，主要受益於為公司持有的債券和基金投資持有期間取得的收益以及買賣價差收益上升。
(3)利息淨收入32.20億元，佔比13.09%，與上年基本持平。
(4)其他收入包括其他收益、匯兑損益、其他業務收入和資產處置收益。合計金額93.56億元，較上年同比增加67.69億元，主要是期貨子公司基差貿易業務收入大幅增加所致。
報告期內，公司企業金融業務板塊實現營業收入22.93億元，較上年同期增長24.93%，其中：投資銀行業務板塊11.93億元、本金投資業務板塊11.00億元。
公司的個人金融業務主要涵蓋證券經紀、期貨經紀、融資融券、股票質押式融資以及金融產品銷售等。報告期內，公司個人金融業務實現營業收入72.34億元，較上年同期增長11.70%。
機構服務及交易業務包括主經紀商服務、研究諮詢、FICC銷售及交易和權益類銷售及交易等。報告期內，公司機構服務及交易業務板塊實現營業收入133.99億元，較上年同期增長142.65%。
公司投資管理業務包括資產管理、公募基金管理以及私募基金管理服務等。報告期內，公司投資管理業務板塊實現營業收入16.67億元，較上年同期增長15.46%。
