橙天嘉禾(01132.HK)全年股權持有人應占虧損3510萬港元
格隆匯3月27日丨橙天嘉禾(01132.HK)發佈全年業績,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現收益10.61億港元,同比增長0.9%;毛利由6.5340億港元增加2.3%至6.686億港元,毛利率由62.2%微升至63.0%;基本每股虧損1.25港仙;不派末期股息。
公告表示,期內股權持有人應占虧損為3510萬港元,而去年股權持有人應占溢利則為5,250萬港元,主要是由於應用香港財務報告準則第16號租賃(自2019年1月1日起生效)導致集團年內租賃相關開支增加2980萬港元;影城收益受到下半年缺少賣座猛片所影響;投資物業重估損失900萬港元;及新業務之前期營運費用3960萬港元。香港、新加坡及台灣地區除税後報告分部溢利總額維持於1.772億港元,去年則為1.952億港元。
