齐屹科技(01739.HK)公布年度业绩 毛利率大幅上升至66% 末期息0.02港元
格隆汇3月27日丨齐屹科技(01739.HK)公布，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司总收入7.71亿元人民币，同比增长19.4%；毛利5.09亿元，同比增长33.5%；公司权益持有人应占持续经营业务的经调整净溢利6222万元，同比增长20.5%，末期股息每股股份0.02港元。
持续经营业务的整体毛利率由截至2018年12月31日止年度的59.1%上升至截至2019年12月31日止年度的66.0%。平台业务的毛利同比增加44.1%至截至2019年12月31日止年度的人民币4.39亿元。截至2019年12月31日止年度，此分部的毛利率稳定维持于约95.7%的水平，而截至2018年12月31日止年度则为94.9%。此增加主要得益于平台服务的持续增加以及公司通过精细化管理提高营运效率。
2019年，公司进一步巩固公司于中国室内设计及建筑平台业务方面的领先地位。公司在主要经营指标方面取得了良好表现，包括推荐用户数目及服务供应商数量。平台业务收入按年增加42.9%至截至2019年12月31日止年度的人民币4.59亿元。
年内，每月独立访客数量由2018年的约4860万名增加22.2%至约5940万名；推荐用户数目达46.37万个，同比增加42.8%；所作出的推荐数目由2018年的76.67万个增加51.1%至115.86万个；及每名推荐用户平台服务的平均收入由2018年的人民币989元增加0.1%至人民币990元。公司平台上的室内设计及建筑服务供应商数量由截至2018年12月31日的9,694个增加27.0%至截至2019年12月31日的12,312个。
此外，公司已整合材料采购及经销，并为服务供应商带来效率提高的益处。公司已深化与中国知名材料商家的合作关系，以向服务供应商销售定制或独家型号的精选材料类别。于2019年，材料供应链业务的收入为人民币6310万元，较2018年全年增加17.5%。
于2020年，公司将继续专注于执行公司的长远策略，以巩固公司作为中国领先的室内设计及建筑平台的地位，减少公司面临短期波动的风险，调整公司的产品策略、客户覆盖范围及服务发展，及为长期回报分配资源及精力。公司正开发及建设平台即服务（俗称PaaS平台），并将就室内设计及建筑行业不可逆转的数字化趋势及时为服务供应商提供支持。
