格隆匯3月27日丨華多利集團(01139.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司營業額42.3萬港元,同比減少98%;公司擁有人應占虧損1677萬港元,虧損同比擴大4.7%;每股虧損1.95港仙。
成功進行重組後,集團將會有足夠資源繼續進行可持續業務經營。董事會將盡最大努力物色新業務及投資機會,務求擴闊集團營業額來源。公司亦將繼續施行嚴格的成本控制、質量保證及開支控制,務求營運成本最小化。董事會深信,於公司股份恢復買賣時,公司定必再度獲利。
