申萬宏源香港(00218.HK)擬2800萬港元出售SWHY Singapore100%股權
格隆匯3月27日丨申萬宏源香港(00218.HK)宣佈,於2020年3月27日,公司直接全資附屬公司作為賣方與買方申萬宏源(國際)集團訂立買賣協議,以向買方出售目標公司SWHY Singapore的100%股權,代價2800萬港元,SWHY Singapore為於新加坡註冊成立的公司,主要從事證券經紀業務及基金管理。
董事認為,出售事項有助於集團着重將其資源投入香港核心業務,進而將提升集團的經營效率,簡化集團的行政架構。另外,出售事項為公司提供良機將其於目標公司的權益變現獲利,可鞏固其財務資源以作一般營運資金。
預期集團因出售目標公司將會錄得收益約431.9萬港元,所得款項將用於公司的一般營運資金及其他未來發展。
