中國銀行(601988.SH)2019年度歸母淨利潤升4.06%至1874.05億元 擬10派1.91元
格隆匯3月27日丨中國銀行(601988.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入5491.82億元，同比增長8.94%；營業利潤2495.37億元，同比增長9.21%；淨利潤2018.91億元，同比增長4.91%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1874.05億元，同比增長4.06%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1864.26億元，同比增長4.24%；基本每股收益0.61元，擬派末期普通股股息每10股1.91元人民幣(税前)。平均總資產回報率(ROA)0.92%，淨資產收益率(ROE)11.45%。
2019年末，集團資產總計227697.44億元，比上年末增加15024.69億元，增長7.06%。集團負債合計207930.48億元，比上年末增加12511.70億元，增長6.40%。
2019年末，集團減值貸款總額1782.35億元，比上年末增加112.83億元，減值貸款率1.37%，比上年末下降0.05個百分點。其中，中國內地機構減值貸款總額1699.51億元，比上年末增加71.73億元，減值貸款率1.65%，比上年末下降0.11個百分點。香港澳門台灣及其他國家和地區機構減值貸款總額82.84億元，比上年末增加41.10億元，減值貸款率0.30%，比上年末上升0.13個百分點。
報告期內，利息淨收入3742.50億元，同比增加145.44億元，增長4.04%；淨息差為1.84%，比上年下降6個基點，主要是存款成本有所上升。與此同時，本行持續優化資產負債結構，積極調整存量，高效配置增量，努力減少負債成本上升的影響。2019年，中國內地人民幣中長期貸款平均餘額在中國內地人民幣客户貸款中的佔比較上年提升2.79個百分點。
非利息收入1749.32億元，同比增加305.31億元，增長21.14%。非利息收入在營業收入中的佔比為31.85%。
手續費及佣金淨收入896.12億元，同比增加24.04億元，增長2.76%，在營業收入中的佔比為16.32%。主要是積極把握消費金融較快發展等機遇，加大信用卡、互聯網支付、代理保險等業務拓展力度，帶動銀行卡、結算清算、代理保險業務收入較快增長。
其他非利息收入853.20億元，同比增加281.27億元，增長49.18%。主要是受市場價格變化影響，該行外匯衍生交易收益同比有所增加。
