中國人民保險集團(01339.HK)全年歸母淨利潤升71.43%至221.35億元 擬10派1.16元
格隆匯3月27日丨中國人民保險集團(01339.HK)發佈全年業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現總保費收入5552.51億元(人民幣，單位下同)，同比增長11.36%；歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤221.35億元，同比增長71.43%；基本每股盈利0.50元；董事會建議派發2019年度末期股息每10股1.16元(含税)，股息總額約51.30億元。
2019年以來，集團堅持穩中求進工作總基調，攻堅克難、鋭意進取，堅決貫徹新發展理念，全面推動集團“3411工程”，在複雜多變的外部環境下，保持了良好的發展態勢，業務收入、盈利水平大幅上升，高質量發展轉型取得良好成效。2019年，人保財險在財產保險市場佔有率為33.2%，人保壽險在人身保險市場佔有率為3.3%，人保健康在人身保險市場佔有率為0.8%。按規模保費統計，2019年，人保財險、人保壽險、人保健康、人保香港分別實現規模保費4,317.24億元、1,040.66億元、232.06億元、1.49億元。
截至2019年12月31日，集團綜合償付能力充足率為300%，較2018年年末下降9個百分點，核心償付能力充足率為252%，較2018年年末上升8個百分點，在規模和利潤同比增長的同時，核心償付能力充足率同比提升，體現了高質量發展的轉型成果。
截至2019年12月31日，人保財險綜合償付能力充足率282%，較2018年年末上升7個百分點，核心償付能力充足率為252%，較2018年年末上升23個百分點；人保壽險綜合償付能力充足率為244%，與上年持平，核心償付能力充足率為211%，較2018年年末上升10個百分點；人保健康綜合償付能力充足率為201%，較2018年年末下降81個百分點，核心償付能力充足率為140%，較2018年年末下降42個百分點。
