地政总署公布,今日(27日)截标的旺角新填地街及上海街住宅用地共收5份标书。
据了解,入标的发展商包括信置(00083.HK)、新福港(01447.HK)及宝庭重建财团。
地皮位於九龙内地段第11238号,地盘总面积约为2,718平方尺,指定作非工业(不包括仓库、酒店及加油站)用途,最低楼面面积为14,677平方尺。规定须分为A及B两个地盘兴建住宅,最高楼面面积分别约8,921方尺和11,464方尺。市场估值介乎1.2亿至2.9亿元,每方尺楼面地价5,000至12,000元。
