交通銀行(03328.HK)年度歸母淨利同比增長4.96%至772.81億元 末期息每股0.315元
格隆匯3月27日丨交通銀行(03328.HK)公告，截至2019年12月31日止年度，報告期內，實現淨經營收入人民幣2328.57億元，同比增長9.29%；利息淨收入人民幣1440.83億元，同比增長10.06%。集團實現淨利潤(歸屬於母公司股東)人民幣772.81億元，同比增長4.96%，增幅較上年提高0.11個百分點；報告期末，集團資產總額達人民幣99,056.00億元，較上年末增長3.93%。基本及稀釋每股收益1.00元。董事會建議，每股分配現金股利人民幣0.315元(税前)，共分配現金股利人民幣約233.93億元。
報告期末，集團不良貸款率1.47%，較上年末下降0.02個百分點；逾期貸款率較上年末下降0.13個百分點；撥備覆蓋率171.77%，滿足監管要求。深化風險授信管理改革，做實信用風險統一紮口管理，強化風險監測系統建設，智慧風控預警模型準確率達85%。
集團遵照中國銀保監會《商業銀行資管理辦法(試行)》及其相關規定計量資充足率。自2014年中國銀保監會首次核准使用資管理高級方法以來，行按監管要求穩步推進高級方法的實施和深化應用，2018年經中國銀保監會核准，擴大高級方法實施範圍並結束並行期。報告期末，集團資充足率14.83%，一級資充足率12.85%，核心一級資充足率11.22%，均滿足監管要求。
報告期內，集團利息淨收入同比增長10.06%，淨利差為1.48%，同比上升9個基點，淨利息收益率為1.58%，同比上升7個基點，其中，第四季度淨利差和淨利息收益率環比分別上升4個和6個基點。
2019年，集團積極應對市場形勢和政策環境變化，緊緊圍繞服務實體經濟、防控金融風險、深化金融改革三項任務，實現高質量發展。加大信貸投入服務實體，人民幣各項貸款同比多增人民幣364.87億元；立足總行在滬優勢服務重點區域，長三角、粵港澳大灣區、京津冀三大區域貸款增量是上年同期的2.18倍；息差明顯改善，淨利息收益率同比提升7個基點；不良資產處置力度不斷加大，實質性清收較上年提升34.5%，業績發展穩中向好。
