格隆匯3月27日丨中原環保(000544.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入17.40億元，同比增長69.40%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.65億元，同比增長12.13%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.73億元，同比增長50.90%；經營活動現金淨流入7.71億元，同比增長174.17%；基本每股收益0.48元，年報推10派2.5元(含税)。
水務經營夯實競爭優勢。公司搭建水務綜合經營體系，增強水務管理的統籌性和系統性，構築水務經營新優勢。水務運營單位堅持創新發展，加快轉型升級，污水處理智能化發展邁出堅定步伐，大力推進智能化、智慧化發展，打造“少人值守”的現代化污水處理廠。建立規範化、科學化、標準化的運營體系，“三標一體”管理體系有效運行，提高精細化管理水平。向創新要活力，向管理要效益，強基擴能，挖潛增效，污水處理量實現新突破。
供熱經營穩中有進。2019年，供熱單位進一步創新服務手段，通過拓寬繳費渠道，優化CRM客服系統，充實熱線服務力量，全面提高服務效率和水平。供熱單位以清潔供熱和綠色能源為支撐，積極開展技術創新，引進用户端智能控制衡流閥，實現遠程控制和自動調節流量平衡，提高供熱運行效率，節能降耗成效顯著。
工程建設高質量推進。深入實施工程全生命週期管理，加強事前科學指導，強化事中事後監管，高質量推進工程項目建設。加強項目統籌部署，深入現場指導、服務和監管，保質保量加快推進，早日投產見效益。強化工程款支付管理，規範工作流程，加強審核監管。引入建築BIM新技術、工程在線實時監控等創新做法，打造智慧工地。組織開展勞動競賽、履約履職聯合檢查、安全專項檢查、質量提升行動等專項行動，加強動態監管，狠抓整改落實，確保工程質量和安全。
投資發展紮實推進。圍繞“大公用、大環保、大生態”的業務戰略，紮實推進投資工作。先後落地中原區生活垃圾分揀中心綜合服務項目、貴州都勻建築垃圾資源化利用項目等項目，實現區域發展新突破，持續加強區域優勢和協同效應。
