大禹金融(01073.HK)公布截至去年12月底止六個月期間之末期業績,營業額4,679.3萬元。虧轉盈賺8.42億元,上年同期蝕1,391.6萬元;每股盈利83.92仙。扣除重組的一次性收益及開支後,經調整後綜合淨溢利約為1,760萬元。
由於公司於重組前的過往不幸經歷,公司及其過往附屬公司(不包括禹銘)的重要賬簿及記錄已丟失且無法找回。因此,與其他進行債務重組後的上市公司一樣,核數師會於重組完成後的首份核數師報告中拒絕發表意見或持保留意見。
