港鐵(00066.HK):實質車費今年全年維持不變 「早晨折扣優惠」計劃延續至明年5月底
政府最新公布2019年12月運輸業名義工資指數按年變動,按照票價調整機制,2020/21年度港鐵(00066.HK)票價調整幅度為+2.55%。
由於「負擔能力上限」的封頂機制,今年實際票價不作變動。港鐵公司因應近期新型冠狀病毒疫情對香港整體社會造成影響,將透過進一步延續現有的「程程3.3%車費扣減」優惠,以及實施一系列的優惠安排,令所有乘客所付的實質車費在2020年全年維持不變。安排包括:
‧再次撥出額外資源,將票價調整機制內(即「分享利潤機制」及「服務表現安排」)承諾的車費扣減優惠由3%提高至3.3%,令現時的「程程3.3%車費扣減」優惠,由早前宣布至6月底,延續至2021年1月1日。有關安排下八達通乘客的實質所付的車費自2019年1月起連續兩年維持不變。
‧「港鐵都會票」及「屯門-南昌全日通」的現行售價會維持至2021年1月1日。
‧「全月通加強版」的現行售價繼續維持至2020年12月,新售價於2021年1月實施。
‧「早晨折扣優惠」計劃延續一年至2021年5月31日。
是次一系列車費優惠總值超過7億元,連同早前宣布延續「程程3.3%車費扣減」至2020年6月底的優惠,總優惠金額超過8億元。
港鐵公司亦將繼續為各個層面的乘客群,包括長者、小童、合資格學生及殘疾人士每年提供超過26億元的恆常優惠。
另外考慮到自今年1月下旬起,政府機構及私人企業實施在家工作安排,加上其他不同的原因,使用港鐵都會票的乘客可能因而減少外出。港鐵公司將會為港鐵都會票乘客作出一次過特別票務安排,延長其屆滿的都會票餘下車程有效使用期多40天。
