福田汽車(600166.SH)擬以不超3.5億元募集資金臨時補充流動資金
格隆匯3月26日丨福田汽車(600166.SH)公佈,截至2020年3月25日,國六排放升級開發項目已投入4.50億元,根據公司發展需求以及國六排放升級開發項目實施進度,後續將陸續投入。鑑於目前的宏觀經濟環境和公司業務實際經營情況,公司擬以不超過3.5億元的閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金。本次募集資金暫時借出不超過3.5億元,期限為董事會決議日起不超過12個月,並根據國六排放升級開發項目資金使用的需求狀況實時安排借出資金的提前歸還,到期前足額歸還募集資金專用賬户。
