自動系統(00771.HK)全年經調整EBITDA達2.63億港元 同比增長18.7%
格隆匯3月25日丨自動系統(00771.HK)發佈全年業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現收益28.29億港元，同比增長20.7%；毛利5.641億港元，同比增長14.5%；經調整EBITDA 2.63億港元，同比增長18.7%；每股基本盈利11.55港仙；擬派末期股息每股3.0港仙及特別息每股7.3港仙。
公告表示，2019年度，集團總收入較去年同期增加20.7%，其中集團於香港、澳門及亞太地區銷售上升17.2%至19.032億港元，而歐美地區則上升28.5%至9.256億港元。收入上升主要是由於其中集團在香港、澳門、亞太地區及歐美地區的常規業務新簽訂單較去年增長約30%。
2019年度，產品銷售及服務收入分別佔總收入的36.3%及63.7%，而去年同期則分別為34.9%及65.1%。私營及公營機構銷售分別佔總收入的64.3%及35.7%，而去年同期則分別為62.7%及37.3%。2019年度的毛利較去年同期增加14.5%，其中集團在香港、澳門及亞太地區的常規業務毛利上升4.4%至2.092億港元，而歐美地區則上升21.4%至3.549億港元。年內的毛利率為19.9%，與去年同期相若。
2019年度，集團新簽訂單約為30.779億港元，較去年同期上升29.5%，其中在香港、澳門及亞太地區較去年增長26.6%，而歐美地區則增長36.9%。於2019年12月31日，集團手頭訂單餘額約為13.227億港元，較去年同期上升17.2%。集團的現金淨額約為4.561億港元，而營運資本比率為1.19:1。集團的財務狀況維持穩健。
展望未來，集團策略將以“即服務”(as-a-Service)的業務形式，整合應用程式開發、網絡安全和全渠道管理式服務成三位一體的專業技術服務能力，在雲計算及大數據等領域，結合豐富的行業實踐經驗，幫助客户實現技術與應用場景的接軌，以科技創新協助客户進行業務變革，為客户創造價值、為投資者帶來理想回報。
