掌閲科技(603533.SH)擬對經營範圍中涉及增值電信業務經營許可證等許可證有效期進行修訂
格隆匯3月25日丨掌閲科技(603533.SH)公佈，公司於2020年3月25日召開第二屆董事會第十六次會議，審議通過了《關於修訂<公司章程>的議案》，由於公司增值電信業務經營許可證(僅限互聯網信息服務)、增值電信業務經營許可證(不含互聯網信息服務)有效期屆滿並已完成了換證手續，公司擬對《公司章程》中公司經營範圍中所涉及的相關許可證的有效期進行修訂，詳情如下：
修訂前：第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：技術推廣服務；計算機系統服務；公共軟件服務；經濟貿易諮詢；投資諮詢；銷售電子產品、文具用品、機械設備；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣告；版權貿易；第二類增值電信業務中的信息服務業務(僅限互聯網信息服務)(互聯網信息服務增值電信業務經營許可證有效期至2019年12月02日)；第二類增值電信業務中的信息服務業務(不含固定網電話信息服務和互聯網信息服務)(增值電信業務經營許可證有效期至2019年09月30日)；出版物批發、零售；從事互聯網文化活動；中國內地已正式出版的出版物內容的網絡(含手機網絡)傳播；互聯網遊戲、手機遊戲出版。(網絡出版服務許可證有效期至2021年12月31日)。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；從事互聯網文化活動以及依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)
修訂後：第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：技術推廣服務；計算機系統服務；公共軟件服務；經濟貿易諮詢；投資諮詢；銷售電子產品、文具用品、機械設備；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣告；版權貿易；信息服務業務(僅限互聯網信息服務)不含信息搜索查詢服務、信息社區服務、信息即時交互服務和信息保護和加工處理服務(增值電信業務經營許可證有效期至2024年12月04日)；信息服務業務(不含互聯網信息服務)(增值電信業務經營許可證有效期至2024年09月17日)；出版物批發、零售；從事互聯網文化活動；中國內地已正式出版的出版物內容的網絡(含手機網絡)傳播；互聯網遊戲、手機遊戲出版(網絡出版服務許可證有效期至2021年12月31日)。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；從事互聯網文化活動、出版物批發、零售以及依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)
