卓越新能(688196.SH)擬新建年產10萬噸烴基生物柴油和年產5萬噸丙二醇項目
格隆匯3月25日丨卓越新能(688196.SH)公佈，公司基於多年在生物柴油行業內的技術積累和團隊管理優勢，計劃在龍巖市新羅區蘇阪鎮美山村集安中路88號(新羅生物精細化工園)新建年產10萬噸烴基生物柴油和年產5萬噸丙二醇項目。其中，年產10萬噸烴基生物柴油項目投資額預計4.8億元；年產5萬噸丙二醇項目投資額預計2.8億元。
我國酯基生物柴油經過將近20年的發展，已經具有一定的生產規模，產品質量也達到國際先進水平，實現大規模出口歐洲市場。相對於酯基生物柴油，我國烴基生物柴油生產尚處於起步階段。由於烴基生物柴油相較於目前國內主流的酯基生物柴油產品，具有更好的低温流動性、更高十六烷值、更優的氧化安定性等性能指標，項目具有良好的市場前景。
項目依託新羅生物精細化工園良好的基礎建設優勢，藉助公司原有規模化生產裝置和自主專利、專有技術依託，有可靠穩定的原料採購網絡、廣闊的市場需求等條件保證，具備項目實施的條件。
丙二醇是一種重要的化工原料，主要用於製備不飽和聚酯樹脂(用於表面塗料和玻璃纖維增強樹脂)、功能流體(防凍液、化冰劑、傳熱液)、藥品及化粧品、液體洗滌劑、增塑劑等領域。最主要的用途是作為單體與對苯二甲酸合成新型聚酯材料—聚對苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)。PTT具有多種優良特性，在地毯工業、服裝材料、工程熱塑料等眾多領域應用前景十分廣闊。隨着PTT使用的快速增長，丙二醇的需求也在快速增加，目前我國丙二醇市場缺口較大，大量依賴進口。
近年來，隨着生物柴油產業的發展，產生了大量副產甘油，項目立足於公司生物柴油產業產生的副產甘油原料資源，採用環境友好的生物工程技術生產丙二醇，既可以為丙二醇的生產找到廉價易得的原料供應途徑，減少丙二醇及聚酯行業對石油化學產品的依賴，減少對石化產品和丙二醇的進口依賴；又可以為生物柴油副產甘油找到一條應用途徑促進生物柴油產業發展，具有重要的現實意義和客觀必要性。
此次對外投資圍繞公司主營業務展開，將進一步優化公司的產業佈局和產品結構，提升公司綜合競爭力，符合公司發展戰略，對公司長遠發展具有重要意義。
